There is one aspect which that citation makes sense as a critique on feminist intersectionality and how it makes for awkward conclusions to put it mildly. But most of the miscommunication or bad faith thinking is personally motivated, and roots from insecurities or fallacious thinking that's not unique. A woman could have a whole diatribe about how it's actually ethical to use men or manipulate, etc. But most of that is just justification.
