Did you know psychological mechanisms were evolved over millions of years (for both sexes) because they produce vastly better mating or survival results? My aunt has a physics degree and works at a nasdaq top 500 company. She routinely tells me how if anything being a female has given her an advantage between things like having the bosses looking out for her, and everyone being willing to jump at the chance to help her, even if they already have their own work.
