You have it backwards. The side the INDUCES empathy in the other wins. The first side to become empathetic loses the most/wins the least in the resulting negotiations.

((Research by Slater, 2013, and Wu & Chiou, 2009, cited.)) Prove it. Tell me the last sentence of article 4 section II. Because honestly, I'd put good money on you being too inept to even look it up properly.

I don't have time to read that article Yes, I'm sure you don't. show me the passage that states online dating is an accurate mirror of "ALL" aspects of dating. That's not how studies work. You're free to look up both sources (Pay special attention to the first one) and read their abstract descriptions if you require help understanding them.

Your experience may indeed be different. The multiple studies on this subject simply show that your experience is not typical or normal. Statistically the example you've given occurs with a drastically lower frequency, and is likely the result of confirmation bias/sample selection/verification error.

In what way? A publicly stated preference is public. Instant messages are private. Your position is predicated on external influence, which is eliminated or severely limited by nature of the privacy of the message.

I would agree with you in principle but current understanding suggests that's not the case. Research would suggest that ONLINE dating mirrors OFFLINE dating in ALL aspects with the exception being the rate of eventual marriages. ((Research by Slater, 2013, and Wu & Chiou, 2009, cited.)) (https://globaljournals.org/GJMBR_Volume15/5-The-Review-of-the-Ugly.pdf) I'm not trying to make it personal or anything - I'm East-Asian myself so this shit is sometimes hard to accept, but it's important to acce…

Your assumption presumes the study asked these women about their preferences. The study used ACTUAL response rates, not survey response rates.

Your points on black women are mirrored in a 5-year study published by the Dating website OKCupid. Edit, link to the study: http://blog.okcupid.com/index.php/race-attraction-2009-2014/ However, it does show that black men are disliked by EVERY group of women with the EXCEPTION of black women. So, based on this evidence, I would alter your point about black women prizing their interracial relationships. With the possible exception of a "Haha, gotcha' back" child-like revenge thing.

The genocide in Rwanda was between the Hutu tribe and the Tutsi tribe. They were dispatching eachother because they were of different tribes, and solely because they were from different tribes. THAT is racism. When one tribe of people turns against another because of in-group//out-group dynamics.

/r/TheRedPill07/12/15 07:31 PM

Not necessarily. Refusing to believe something until evidence is presented or a believable case has been made is the basis of all rational thought. There is no obligation to believe any statement, nor is the action of disbelief any marker of malice.

We don't have any data to suggest that the campaign would result in failure OR success. To assume failure is irrational. A simple defense to the accusation that sex-specific taxation is sexist is a simple matter of explaining to the accuser that the process is voluntary, and that those who feel they have a moral obligation to fund female-centrist programs have the option to contribute. The only proposed goal is to make that contribution elective and not mandatory. I have yet to hear a convincing…

I think the issue we agree with is that Feminism is only solving the Female side of the dependency equation. I disagree with you on the positions of reciprocal human behavior, reproduction, and companionship, but these are tertiary to the main point. I would suggest that the most attainable goal for men in the current landscape is the voluntary separation from female-specific government programs. The idea is pretty simple. Using the official government budget, we can easily calculate the percent…

Ideally the only way to do that would be to make Women obsolete in terms of their utility to men. This would allow for interaction to take place on a voluntary basis, and would remove the majority of Women's exclusive bargaining chips from the table. Whether or not people want to come to terms with it, "Humans" are not a protected or particularly special class of lifeform. We're a self-replicating chemical/physical equation. That means our value to others is derived from what we do for them in t…

Technically all sun is bad for your skin always. It's just a measure of "how bad" we're willing to let the radiation damage get, in exchange for a vitamin that can just as easily be absorbed by ingestion.

This will be included in the upcoming "Nuke" I'm writing. If the mods like it I'm hoping it'll make sidebar. The title is: "Optimal Evil". It's a goal-oriented analysis of "Dark Triad" traits, condensed to easy-to-use "tools", cross-referenced with peer-review medical journals espousing the validity of it's claims. Expect it before January 2016.

Simple. In this case example, we are looking to manipulate her subconscious into equating increased levels of attention to her relationship with you/insert male-protagonist. (There are some pit-falls here in regard to maintaining the increasing levels of attention needed to feed the human-addiction cycle, but we'll omit those for the time being.) We would focus on 3 parts of the solution: The immediacy of response. (The time in-between interacting with male-protagonist and the "reward" of increa…

Couldn't it be argued that banning objection to "Pro-Cheating" or "Disloyal" field reports is the same as promoting that behavior? For example, it's well-understood in social psychology that you can influence the actions of a group by exposing them to examples of behavior. "I destroyed that relationship" posts/FRs are examples of behavior, and thus embolden others to replicate said behavior. The issue only becomes imbalanced when those who would seek to display a moral imperative can't write FRs…

TRP s about bettering the self. Largely in terms of getting better stuff, SMV, cash, and girls. All of those things are external, and the process of acquiring them can be streamlined by incorporating both internal AND external mechanisms of action. Make no mistake, I agree with you! But as a wise Spanish child once said, "Why not both?".

While perhaps we disagree on what constitutes "scientific", that's a rabbit hole of a debate and it probably won't do any good arguing about it. I would argue, however, that if TRP wants to actually change society, it needs to include academic reasoning(which makes heavy use of the scientific method). Influencing society is largely achieved by altering the institutions that compose it. The easiest to "infiltrate" and hold clout in is "Academia" (Universities/Colleges), as all it requires is enou…

Keep in mind, and this goes for most of the evopsych-style reasoning going on in TRP. Just because millennia of conditioning lead to the adaption and proliferation of certain perspectives, those perspectives are not set in stone. Nature and nurture divide on the lines of predisposition and expression. Our genetic history "primes" us for certain behaviors and actions, but our upbringing informs us as to what expressions will yield the highest chance at survival - and therefore be adhered to. This…

For example: Back when Mankind consisted of frequently warring tribes (Which we've TOTALLY evolved past cough cough), the tribe that won a War would slay the opposing men and rape their women. Many of those women would use the "Hamster Wheel" to avoid uncomfortable feelings of disloyalty, being conquered, etc. They would instead convince themselves that what they had now was better than before. Hence, Hypergamy.

Being physically capable of maintaining exponential growth is not the same as cultivating said growth to it's most efficient state. By limiting energy consumption to our energy "income" from the sun, it allows us to re-purpose the other energy assets we have. Theoretically to enable space exploration and colonization. Something we do not require a large population to achieve.

Nothing will ever make you "happy" if you define happiness as a consistent feeling. Happiness is a temporary sensation that accompanies the release of serotonin and dopamine in your brain. It's an evolved reward system that acts as incentive for humans to perform acts that the brain understands as being rewarding or to it's immediate benefit. Triggering this response causes an decrease in the subjective or "felt" experience of subsequent triggerings. Just like a stoner needs to wait to let his "…

I can only speak to one of your points, your bit about relative SMV and the catch 22. You can always seek out a girl who is moderately self-depreciating. The key here is moderately. Too much and it's a red-flag for personality disorders. A girl with a history of feeling inadequate in childhood is likely to maintain those beliefs moving into adulthood. Hell, a sneaky part of game is subtly making your "target" feel inferior to you - either by presenting yourself at an elevated position, or by pre…

The general populace almost always lacks one thing: Curiosity. The most effective way to judge how a group of people will act is to look at their establishment and the rules the people operating it follow. Feminism entrenched itself along with the general ideas of Marxism in "The Long March Through The Institutions" (Really, google it), and if RP ideology is to do the same it has to organize. Not vocally, as the current establishment will shout it down (much like feminism was first shouted down)…

Well, it's important to remember that "It's only your turn" isn't a rule, it's just an observation of the current situation. Cultural trends change. You can actually speed them up and control their direction if you organize enough people.

You got it. That's precisely the intention of my wording. I have yet to hear about any technology-powered spree killings at ALL, let alone ones involving drones. Although I may be ignorant of some that have already happened. I was using "a lot" as a subjective modifier. "A lot" implies a significant change relative to a baseline. "More" implies that that diversion from the baseline will be positive. That was my intention anyways, I suppose I've failed to communicate my message in layman's terms.

A good example of that exact timeline can be seen in the "Chan" cultures elsewhere on the internet. People show up because they have something to say, or because they want to listen to what others are saying. When people start getting muzzled, both parties lose interest.

It does seem rather ridiculous that there's no "cheating" clause in a marriage contract. I imagine that simply implementing something along the lines of: "Whoever cheats first gets nothing in the divorce, so long as the other partner did not cheat in retaliation." Would be enough to actually act as a meager incentive.

Give it time. Once people start to realize you can go on killing sprees with remotely-piloted consumer Drones, we'll see a lot more. Edit: I'm talking about people going out and mounting small-calibre firearms and/or webcams to internet-connected and controlled drones. Search "Drone Firearm" on youtube. You've made a good point. I'm angry because she did something I wouldn't have done, and I need to calm down. I'm reacting to the principle, not the action. Some of us (I'm lookin' at the young bucks here) just want a glorified sex-toy. Some want a housewife. Some might be looking for a business partner? (In reference to your first 'Option') What you are fundamentally asking is if men prefer women as equals or as helpers. I would attest that we, by a gross margin, prefer you as helpers. We like to feel strong, and as strength and ability exist on a continuum, their values are derived from their hierarchy. IE, Mark is better than John is better than …

Primarily? Because in order to have sex you have to have convinced a woman of your value. It's like a social value measuring contest. Biologically? Because if you don't have sex and reproduce your Y-chromosome exits the gene-pool. Forever. (Assuming you don't have brothers who reproduce)

I would argue that "Ideals", as we understand them, are constructed from hierarchies. That is, it would be fundamentally impossible for everyone to be "ideal" because as more and more people reach past the current thresholds of idealism, new and higher categories of "Ideal" become established.

I think the use of the word "Heroine" can easily be substituted with "High value female", just as the word "Hero" can usually be replaced with "High value male". I think we can read it as "Don't settle." when it's all boiled down.
