I don't know whether or not I want to add whole milk to my list of edibles as I'm currently on Ketosis. It's tempting as it's far easier to drink a glass of the white then to cook up some chicken, but the carbs are putting me off.

http://centretownnewsonline.ca/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1418&Itemid=101 Maybe it’s just me, but I find that I can’t even trust guys I date to remember my birthday, let alone take on responsibility for my reproductive system. I think the only way I’d ever rely on my boyfriend taking the pill is if I physically administered it to him myself every day. Someone needs to remind her that she can still take the pill herself and doesn't need to depend on her partner.

Each side has their own lunatics who take things too far. I've watched the video in disgust, but took it with a grain of salt.

It's the cold truth delivered in the form of comedy.

A majority of the tips in the article can be summarized into two words: common sense. Though it's definitely a good reminder, even to those on track.

My motivation came from a good friend; his words still linger in my mind when I work on improving myself: “You and I are here to become the best versions of ourselves possible, and that's all the matters.” (He spoke in regards to both of us, since he too was in the process of self improvement and is the initial source of my motivation.) It's a tough, never ending road, but it's a rewarding one as well. Work out, get a hobby, build up confidence and most importantly don't bat an eyelid at any per…

I'll be honest and say that I don't recall any of the Google logos.

Reading through the article with a smile on my face. Mike Kulich is definitely the true player here.

When asked, I identify myself as agnostic because both religion and atheism are associated with stigmas that I rather not have upon myself. It also makes you come off in a brighter light towards both parties and is generally the more respected/pragmatic approach towards a society like ours. Having said that, I lean more towards disbelief as I find a lot of the things in religion to be unconvincing and silly.

I'm not too serious about it, but if asked, I just identify myself as agnostic.

Commando_Girl summed it up nicely. I've done keto for eight months and lost a lot of weight without putting much effort. I've recently started working out and decided it's time to drop keto since it makes it far more difficult or even impossible for certain people to develop their muscles. Carbs are necessary for the immediate fuel your body needs, and your muscles will feed off the rest after you're done working out.
