It's been shown on average people with a full head of hair are more attractive in general. But, what about men with good facial structures that are going bald, and feel insecure about it. It depends on the skill shape, and facial structure as well. If they have a good skull shape, and highly masculine features it looks perfect. I hear some people with a shaved head, or balding don't look that great.

The answer's really simple dude. Women don't like it when men cheat their genetic potential, and want to hide their inferior genetics by getting facial implants. There's a old saying "Pay attention to what people do, not what they say" that's from my grandfather by the way. Now as, I've gotten older, I'm starting to understand why now. So, the people are telling not to hide your true genetics. In my opinion, it's really no else's business, but your own.
