How often is that skill really going to be put to use? She means could you bring to make her daily life better, are you an exceptional cleaner? Great cook? Are you super organized? Are you emotionally calm and clear headed under stressful situations?

The actual hate typically comes from the mob itself. This sounds like revisionist history.

Are you saying that men haven’t killed women for being women?

Rulers wielded their power above men and women. What makes you think the average guy had any form of political/societal power in previous centuries? I quite literally already said this in the original post.

We’re debating over semantics here. Just like people use “homophobia” to mean hate when it really means fear of homosexuality or homosexuals, it’s the same of misogyny. Hate often stems from fear anyway.

Misandry hasn’t always existed in its current form. It’s never been this wide spread. Sure there’s always been tiny pockets of man hating or radical feminism but they were always shunned back into the darkness. It didn’t exist anywhere near this level even 20 years ago. Can’t really say the same about misogyny.

Which is why I said “civilized history” not nomadic cave people.

You don’t think misogyny has been used by rulers throughout history to weld power over women?

Israel would be the oppressive power structure (misogyny) in this case. They are systemic. Palestine isn’t.

Sugar daddy and sugar baby are an equal exchange, not an oppressive systemic structure. A more accurate analogy would be “the slave master needs to stop being mean and the slave needs to stop trying to revolt.” In actuality, the slave master needs to free slave because if the slave is free there will be no need to revolt.

I don’t get this. Be happy to play in your league or earn enough money to attract women you actually find attractive. Those are the options. The premise of the post was that he couldn’t date because he wasn’t a “provider type” I’m saying you don’t need to be a provider to get women, you just need to adjust your standards.

If this were true all the men in the trailer park would be single but a lot of them have multiple baby mamas. The most desirable women will always have their pick of the litter and more often than not they will pick a man with means. With that being said most men would save themselves a lot of heartbreak if they stopped attempting to chase those women.

This seems pretty accurate. I was watching a live concert of a Mexican artist who was popular in the 90’s and thought “I’ve never seen a man act this sensual in my life.” The average man does not have gravitational pull like that. It’s extremely rare and extremely sought after by women. Just like the average woman, the average man is unsexy, a tiny bit awkward and clumsy. You can’t expect to be treated like you’re desirable to the majority of women like Sensual Chad when you’re Bland Blob Bob. T…

I think women already widely accept this. I grew up with both parents working but my mom did all the cooking, the vast majority of the cleaning, she was the keeper of bill paying, main errand runner and grocery shopper. She took us to the doctor and dentist was in charge of all the school stuff. She cut the grass half the time in the spring and summer. But it’s okay because my dad changed the oil and the tires and fixed a leaky sink every once in a while lol. Even couples that go into marriage w…

See I don’t get this. This is absolutist thinking. Not necessarily aiming this comment at you but at men who think like this. If you find out woman tried anal with a guy before you but doesn’t do anal with you. That’s doesn’t mean you’re not desired. That simply means she hates doing anal and never wants to do it again.

I don’t find it hard to believe that 70-90% men at least try to cheat in their lifetime. I think most men at least try. As in they orbit and flirt with an attractive female co-worker and get close to her in order to create an opportunity to have sex with her while having a wife of 15 years at home. They’re laying the groundwork for an affair. I see this all the time at work. Those men are trying to cheat. The only thing stopping them is the woman in question isn’t attracted or interested because…

Men and women usually cheat for different reasons. Sometimes these reasons overlap but generally there is a gender based pattern there. Women tend to only cheat when unsatisfied with the relationship. Men cheat whether they’re happy in a relationship or not and more likely to cheat for novelty than love. Men are also more likely to act impulsively and take risk so it makes sense. Men are more likely to participate in opportunistic cheating meaning if the opportunity is there and the risk is low …

I did not conduct the survey or studies the surveyors adjusted the stats by comparing it to more private confessions. An example of this would be a direct survey shows 12% cheating (obviously people lying) but an anonymous diary or randomized response technique (similar to something like a coin flip) shows 28%, researchers recognize the gap and use it to calibrate honesty estimates in their report. The coin flip example would go like this: If heads, they answer truthfully to the sensitive questi…

The same applies for men too. I wrote it under the men’s survey results that it was adjusted to account for men lying.

I think what serial monogamy generally means for people is they stay in a relationship until the “feel good” juices run out. Like as soon as the honeymoon phase ends and the relationship starts to require more work or feel more complicated they bounce. Whether that’s 6 months or 10 years depends on the relationship.

A man who willingly does favors to women, gets out of his way to help women, who pays for meals, trips, etc without getting laid is accepted by the sisterhood, he is a slave in the female controlled plantation. These men are friendzoned, they get pushed around, they are never the first choice of anyone. He just sounds like a friend. I do all these things for my female and male friends and they do it for me. Does that mean they’re friend zoning me or I’m friend zoning them? Helping a friend isn’t…

You’re trying to moralize biology. It’s the exact same with men. That’s why men lie and manipulate to get women.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/25 11:29 AM

Not quite. More likely to display soft manipulation tactics than women to get sex like lying. More likely to engage in violent acts with other men to come across as dominate to impress women and get sex. And less commonly: rape.

I never volunteer genuine apologies. The only times I say sorry to anyone is when they say something along the lines of “You did/said X and it really hurt my feelings.” Then I apologize and make sure I never do/say that thing to that person again. More women say that than men so I really don’t say sorry to men.

You can’t expect a woman who wants a good life for her children to be in a relationship with a broke man.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/25 09:47 AM
7

I think men are more inclusive than when it comes to who they would have sex with. That’s true. The more desperate a man is the more likely he is to get into a relationship or have sex with someone he isn’t in love with to gain access to regular sex or to be able to procreate. This by no means equates to loving or even liking.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/25 09:45 AM

Women’s biological imperative is to gather resources so their children have better chances of survival and success. Humans are constantly thinking both rationally and emotionally at the same time. This is how it has always been and that imperative can also coexist with love.

Men don’t want female body builders. But it would be a lie to say that men want a woman whose mass mostly comes from body fat even when she’s skinny. That would make her skinny fat. Men want a woman with semi toned arms and legs and a flat stomach ideally. And if she doesn’t have a fat ass naturally they want her to build an ass made up of muscle.

There’s actually a study on this where researchers asked a group of men what their ideal body was for a woman. They responded: Visible curves (hips, waist) Body type is far FAR more important in accessing female attractiveness than her body fat does. Contrary to popular belief most women don’t have a hour glass type body (8-10% of the female population). The kind of body that naturally links its self to curves that are closely associated with womanhood. Most women either have a Pear (Triangle) b…

This isn’t true. There are many women who will out right say “I only date men over 6ft.” Or “I’m only going to marry a rich guy.” (There’s even a derogatory term for this type of woman: gold digger). Women get absolutely dragged for stating what they want. Many men are in fact mad at the standard. Not the perceived gaslighting.

I don’t think this is necessarily the issue. I think the issue is most men don’t know how to be smooth. They don’t have the tools or social knowledge to articulate their feelings at an appropriate time. They don’t know how to be cool about it. They don’t know how to approach the topic. They also don’t know how to be okay with a “no”. They think being friendly with someone should automatically ensure romantic and sexual attraction when it’s never really worked that way. They’re extremely awkward …

Most people who blame single mothers for bad people are arguing in bad faith. Poverty tends to breed violence. Most poverty stricken neighborhoods are more violent on average and have higher instances of individuals with severe mental illness, and undiagnosed and untreated trauma and PTSD. Most single mothers live in poverty. Do the math.

No one really makes jokes about women raping men. It’s always men raping women or men raping other men. This is in fact a reflection of culture and how rape is a way to dominate and oppress by taking away a person’s ability to say no.

A large number of men throughout history never got a chance to reproduce or have a relationship. It’s not like this phenomenon is brand new. Historians estimate that on average, about 40% of men have reproduced, compared to 80% of women. We’re only experiencing an intense disparity because there are practically no wars or mass genocide in western countries. More men are living longer and not dying in wars or being attacked by bears. I’ll give it to you straight. The sexuality of the average male is in direct opposition to biological mission of the human female. Men’s sexuality drives them to: try to have sex with as many women as possible to increase the likelihood that he has children and that he has enough so that some of them live to adulthood. We literally don’t need to do this anymore because most children live to adulthood but our lizard brain still thinks we live in caves with Saber Tooth’s circling outside. Because …

I don’t see how this doesn’t result in more women being used. Say women start approaching the average man. He suddenly starts getting approached once a week. Is he going to settle down with the first woman who he likes? No, he’s going to take advantage of the situation and build a roster. Now it’s not just the “top 20% of men” who has a harem. Now it’s a good 45-50%. Women would literally be making fuckbois by doing this. Like a fuckboi factory. You see this phenomenon in cities where women out …

One of the most hilarious instances of this is men being against women traveling. They think they’re traveling to have sex (which is what passport bros do and what most men would do if they could). It such a clear example of men projecting male sexuality on woman. Do some women have sex with a hot Italian while they’re in Italy, sure. Do most women? No. Being like “my girl can’t go anywhere on a girl’s trip without me!” Is just admitting. That boys trips are full of debauchery and infidelity.

Not sure the exact percent but I will say more women are suited to be “better partners” than men. Women show higher levels of being “self-sacrificial” in the context of close relationships. Willing to give up her own dreams and goals for the happiness of her partner and children (there are both biological and cultural reasons as to why that is). Women also rated higher than men in willingness to give. Give time, energy and emotional labor in the care of loved ones. Now if a woman wants a caring,…

SMV is something super online men use to see if women aren’t with their appropriate “match”. It’s a ruler for men to go “no, no you’re with a man hotter than you, you deserve to be arrested”. No one actually checks if them and their partner are exactly equally yoked in the “sexual market”. Women just know when a man is hot he’s hot. When he’s not he’s not. A lot of women can’t even articulate what exactly made a particular man catch her eye. It could be the way he walks, the way he holds himself…

Gen Z has completely perverted the meaning of “simp” the original meaning of simp is a man doing whatever a woman wanted in hopes that one day she’ll like him back (she never does). That’s a simp. A simp isn’t a man in a happy, healthy reciprocal relationship who gets down on one knee to propose.

A lot of people love shallowly and opportunistically, more people than either sex wants to admit. Take sex away from a man for a year in a relationship and many will stray. Take a job away from a man for more than a year and a lot of women will stray. A lot of human “love” revolves around the success and fulfillment of our base biological function. I need to do more research as to why this is but women don’t nearly have the same response when they seen unattractive men in the same careers. Take Paul Dano for example. Yes, women naturally gravitate toward tall men because they symbolize status, dominance and a sense of security. Crying about it is as useless as a woman with no boobs crying about how men are more attracted to women with Sydney Sweeney-C cups. They can whine about but nothing is gonna change. That’s not to say a woman can’t find a short man attractive or a man can’t find a woman with no boobs attractive, they’re just not the obvious first choice on paper.

This just isn’t how the human male is wired. 1-5 is nearly impossible for the average man to do unless he already has built in high standards for sex (rare). Median of 28.3, basically reaching her 30s. Marriage is also not a benchmark of relationship as you can see that second IPUMS-CPS, between the ages of 25 to 29 only 32% of women are married; How long do you think someone is in a relationship with their future husband before they get married 2-3 years maybe. These women have been with the man they marry since they were 24-26. The data doesn’t support your claim that women are settling for whatever in their 30’s.

Also the data you provided doesn't state that there are no virgin men over 30. “For men over 25, 1.9% are virgins” And do pray tell how did you make this conclusion? Simply interpret the data. If 50% of men are virgins from 18-20 but less than 1% are virgins over 30. What does that tell you?

The 98% of men under 30 who have had sex is also statistically relevant. This idea that women are shunning this large leper colony of virgin men is a lie. They a small minority compared to the 30 and under men who have had sex.

When they're in their 30s and her options highly dismissed The average American woman is married by 27. Again, your comment doesn’t reflect reality. It's 2023 social media is a reflection of real life, thinking that both aren't merging at this point is being disingenous. So I should take all the misogynistic attitudes I see men display on social media as a reflection of how all men are in real life

I rather focus on data not anecdotes. But per Data Psychology: 50.52% of men between 18-20 are virgins. For men over age 25 (but not older than 30), only 1.9% are virgins. Women are clearly fucking 20-30 year old virgins because there virtually are none over 30. Women are fucking “late bloomers”.

Yes UNTIL you apply it to today age; Being tall is attractive BUT from where the number 6 feet tall originate? Being fit is attractive BUT the kind of body that is defined as fit originates from where? Yeah a person having their own things is attractive BUT the salary and education threshold originates from where? Yeah confidence is attractive to woman BUT what they define as confidence is just a very small sets of traits. There are literally all types of men of all shapes sizes, colors, tax bra…

So if a woman stinks of BO and no man wants to date her does that mean men have a hive mind? There are things that are universally attractive and universally unattractive. All woman agreeing that having straight clean teeth is an attractive trait ≠ hive mind. There are men who are unatttactive not because no women will date them but because they’re just unattractive. Point blank. Period. I think “hive mind” is a c*ping mechanism used to blame a man’s lack of dating success on “women being sheep”…

I don’t think their intent is to actually date women like this. Their aim in “whining” about these things is to keep other men from dating/falling in love/marrying them. Contrary to red pill belief, there is no shortage of men willing to marry single mothers, women with high n-counts, women taking anti-depressants or women with mental disorders like BPD. The definition of gold digger is “a person who forms a relationship with another purely to extract money from them.” A doctor marrying an another is not in the relationship to purely extract money because why would they need to?You’re conflating anyone who happens to marry someone who makes more than them as automatically being a gold digger.

What does that have to do with anything? Is a woman who is a doctor and ends up marrying another doctor a gold digger? Thanks to Tinder et al, an average - even below average - women can get inundated with likes and pick from dozens, if not hundreds, of potential partners. I think it’s more socially acceptable for women to be curious about their sexuality than men for several reasons. Male virility toward women is a key aspect of masculinity. In many cultures the more women and sex you get the more masculine you are perceived. For a long time, gay men were seen as not fully men. The reality in relationships where people care about each other is they don’t want to see their partner overwhelmed. Men: Dating is hard for men. Women are shallow. No one wants us. Me: What’s your success rate? Men: I had sex with 2 women in the last two month but they were 3’s so it doesn’t count. I had to dumpster dive. No one is going to feel sorry about the male loneliness epidemic if you are discarding the women who want you. If 3’s is all you can get, that’s your league. Pining over a 7 while ignore 3-5 and screaming that women are shallow is incredibly stupid.

I don’t understand this. They complain about women being hypergamou but don’t want to commit to the women they can actually get. They clearly aren’t that desperate for love and romantic acceptance.

Except it does matter how interested she is. The more attracted a woman is to you the harder it is for her to get the “ick”. I think in most cases the ick is just women trying to justify not being attracted to someone.

I wouldn’t mind dating a guy over 25 with no relationship experience only because I don’t have any either. I can’t speak for my more experienced counterparts. From what I’ve observed people make a lot of unintentional mistakes in their first relationship which is why it’s preferred that you have your first one at a young age. Thats why I included the gamers study even though it has nothing to do with heterosexual romantic relationships. It establishes causation. Low status women don’t care about status which is why so many low status men have kids with their low status counterparts. The problem only arises with low status men try to date up in status. Then they feel threatened by the women they run into.

Let’s look at the results from the study of male gamers with poor performance reacting negatively to a female gamer’s success. I think both. Men feel like shit when they see other men get 50 women when they can’t get one. That’s social. Monks have shown us it’s possible for a man to go without sex and still be content but men of the cloth aren’t normal men. For men with average or above average libidos I think going without sex is naturally detrimental to their mental wellbeing.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/23 05:38 PM
10

I think so. I think the average man views sex like bathing. You want to bath every day or at the very least once every 2-3 days. If you don’t bath within that time frame you don’t even feel human anymore, your self esteem suffers because you know you stink, all you can think about is when you can take your next shower. Women don’t feel a constant nagging to have sex. Unless she’s ovulating.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/23 05:21 PM

I’ve always been curious about men like you. I have a few questions for you: Do you like it when women fight over you? Does it make you nervous or is it an ego boost? Do you get joy/validation in seeing women cry over you? Or does it make you feel shitty? Would you describe yourself as a sociopath? Would you flirt/sleep with your male best friend’s wife?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/23 05:08 PM

I think someone having an unhealthy need for external validation (not only from the opposite sex but in general) is the best way to predict infidelity.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/23 03:13 PM

I feel like if you’ve defined the relationship and the other person agreed then it can’t be a situationship. Situationships include mixed signal, saying you want to be with someone one day then saying you’re not sure the next, leading someone on, or refusing to define etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/23 03:00 PM

Here is the Google definition: Less than a relationship, but more than a casual encounter or booty call, a situationship refers to a romantic relationship that is, and remains, undefined. A key feature for situationships is there is almost always unrequited love.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/23 02:54 PM

That’s how a lot, if not most, men view women. If they haven’t been hit on by a beautiful woman they’ve “never been hit on”. If they aren’t around beautiful women they aren’t around women. If they haven’t dated a beautiful woman they haven’t REALLY dated. A man could have had sex with 20 average or below average women, in his eyes he’s a failure because he still hasn’t experienced a beautiful woman.

Empathy is bad for well meaning mild mannered men. As in men who have too much of it. You’re trying to say being too nice is bad for pushovers and door mats. I agree but what you’re describing isn’t empathy. It’s the inability to stand up for yourself and speak up when you need to. /r/PurplePillDebate06/11/23 06:46 PM

I don’t think standards are rising I just think everyone is falling behind. 40 years ago it wasn’t a high standard to say you want a man or woman who is skinny because everyone was skinny. 40 years ago it wasn’t high standards to say you want a man with a good stable job but now it is because a lot of men in their 20’s either don’t want to work or want to work “self employed” jobs like door dash and Amazon.

Telling women to rate static pictures is tricky. Because most of the ways women perceive attraction is through expressive body language and mannerisms. We need a study where a female focus group watches 5 minute video of 100 men going about their day and then rating them. I’m sure the rating would be completely different than having a woman rate a 2-D picture as if she has the same attraction triggers as a man does.

Men on this sub like to think when women say we want “emotionally open men” we mean you can emotionally vomit on us 24/7 and if we say anything about it we’re liars who set men up for failure. 9/10 times when a woman is put off by a man being emotional it’s because the emotion he’s displaying is overblown for what the situation entails. I had a friend whose boyfriend started crying, like absolutely balling, because his favorite football team lost. Most women are going to think that’s weird and b…

This has everything to do with the red pill. Stoicism is a core tenant of the red pill. To attribute that to red pill would be so say red pill invented stoicism. Which is not accurate. It’s illogical to attribute things that are common sense to red pill when it benefits redpill. It’s as irrational as saying religion invented morality so anyone who is morally good is participating in religion. It can both be a core tenant of the red pill and taking responsibility for your life. A lot of what the …

There are athletes that practice celibacy to boost testosterone and mental focus, particularly in combat sports. What you’re referring to is mostly done by athletes who engage in combat sports like boxing, UFC fighters and the like. And they don’t go sexless for 5 years. Those who do it only practice semen retention 2 weeks (at most) before competition. The mere point is, there is already men that make 8 figures, that haven't been celibate, yet want women that are celibate and have a low N count…

This is why the red pill teaches men stoicism. This provides men with a level of self awareness and teaches them the power of choice. You can choose to be a shitty man because your child hood sucked. You can also choose to be a GOOD man (not nice) and accelerate beyond your means. Its all a choice. Feel sorry for yourself or pick yourself up by your bookstraps and get it done. Memento mori. This has nothing to do with Red Pill. Every good man who’s fatherless, that I know, doesn’t even know what…

Okay let’s start by saying the example you gave is extremely rare. I don’t know any man who would or wants to voluntarily give up sex for 5 years let alone 15 years for work. No one can control the family they are born into. You evaluate people on a case-by-case basis. Sure, having an absent father may be the root cause of why some men are awful people. In that case, that’s a red flag because he let the absence of him father dictate his morals and how he chooses to move through his life. However, there are men without father who turn out to be great people because they realize they aren’t defined by whether their dad was there or not.

It’s not helicopter parenting. It’s just parenting. You’re suppose to control most of what your child does (where they can go, who they can meet up with, what they can do etc.) up until they’re like 12. Helicopter parenting means you’re constantly hovering over them and micromanaging. That’s not what I described at all.

Before civilization got to where it is now, there were tight knit communities where grandparents and other women would help care for children. Reading the room isn’t hard. It’s all about how much you’re willing to think before you act. People who have a habit of acting what they feel in the moment without context are going to have a really hard time socially. I don’t even think you need to make mistakes. You should learn by being observant. You should observe how others act in certain settings and act accordingly. /r/PurplePillDebate29/10/23 01:53 PM

Same. I think this is why alot of men try to have FWB’s and situationships with women who they know are relationship oriented. It give them the upper hand. Sleeping with a woman who wants nothing but causal sex is boring to them because they can’t manipulate her emotions because she doesn’t give a fuck.

I don’t believe a man can’t go from cold approaching 300 women in his 20’s. Participating in years of causal sex and be able to marry at 30 and stay faithful to that woman his entire life. I don’t think that’s possible. He craves sexual validation too much.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/23 10:17 PM

Define causal sex? If you mean one night stands I would agree (but I believe that’s the same for men too. I’ve yet to meet a sane man with 30+ bodies). If you mean FWB (not situationships) I disagree. As long as a woman is having sex with someone she knows and trusts, it won’t damage her and I don’t think it matters that they aren’t committed.

I believe women have high physical standards up front and lower standards as the relationship goes on. It’s the opposite for men. They have low standards up front and higher as the relationship goes on - especially as the woman gets older. Sure, small boobs may not deter most men at first because they’re trying to get laid. Fast forward to 10 years into marriage and the man is addicted to big titty milf porn and is having a hard time getting hard looking at his wife’s “boy chest”.

In this day and age, there is no real value for a woman to enter into a relationship with a man she genuinely doesn’t like. Unless he’s loaded, even then a lot of women won’t want to be with him. Men you don’t like don’t really bring value so why would a woman want to use a man she doesn’t like for the sake of saying she’s in a relationship? It doesn’t make any sense.

Most people are dating and married to their looksmatch. Women included.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/23 03:31 PM

No. I think the association with disgust comes from women growing up being told that “men think about sex all the time” and “men will do anything to get sex” and “men will fuck anything”. So when you run into say a non-religious, 25 year old male virgin it contradicts everything you were told growing up. Some women will start to question why he hasn’t had sex since, according to society, that’s what men care about the most therefore there must be something off with him. I don’t believe this but …

In my experience most single mothers aren’t even bad it’s just after a certain age boys don’t accept female authority and discipline, no matter how good it is. A mother could put her foot down and discipline identical to that of a father and a boy still won’t listen because they don’t respect women beyond her nurturing. I believe this is a completely new phenomenon fueled my a shift in culture and technological age misogyny. Boys without father tend to romanticize their father. The only thing th…

A tweet that I think will resonate with a lot of people here: Why are so many young men single? Are men excluded from a brutal mating market by society? It seems not. To put it in perspective, I think rich, famous men have kind of the same problem as women. They may want a wife but all the women around them are either gold diggers or clout chasers and it’s hard for them to find a honest woman with no alter motives.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/23 01:13 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/23 11:20 AM

Mmm I think there’s a little merit to it. A man wouldn’t let a 10/10 woman with a great personality who he’s been lusting after for 6 months pay. I’ve seen men say to women, “you’re not good looking enough to demand a man pay for you.” If that’s true then the inverse also must be true. Men are willing to part with their money if they feel like she’s worth it. I’m not trying to say it’s a bad thing because women do something similar to that too.

Well, from a woman’s perspective it signals interest. Just like men want to be desired so do women. Women’s thinking = Men wouldn’t let the woman they desire to be with pay so if he does make you pay, he’s not that interested.

I feel as though, for the average man, the pressure to marry in their late 20’s mid -30’s is the same as women. Not for biological reasons but for the societal implications it holds. I don’t know any men who are happy being the only single, childless man in his 35 year old friend group.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/23 05:15 PM

When a woman is 29-32 and single, she begins to prioritize finding a long-term partner for marriage and having children, this two things become her top priorities vs when she was 22-24 and didn't consider such things Isn’t that the same for men? These are called life phases. And they’re relatively normal for every human.

I actually think this is where 90% of male dating grievances stem from; their inability to accept female nature and not get personal about it. I hear red pillers say they, “don’t hate female nature they just hate being lied to about it”…which…isn’t true. You can see a lot of men here are clearly mad about the way women are naturally. They think a woman not having sex with them immediately means that woman is trying to use sex to manipulate him. Women don’t see it that way.

Or it could be as soon as he started making less than her he started being moody, lashing out and not picking up the slack (as many studies suggest men do as soon as they lose their job or start making less than their wives) which inevitably affected their marriage causing her to seek divorce.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/23 01:54 PM

Studies show that as soon as the husband no longer has enough money, the divorce comes. If he has no money then what exactly is she getting in the divorce?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/23 01:39 PM

Which shows that she systematically benefits financially from the marriage. Wouldn’t that mean women have more incentive to stay married and pretend to be happy so she can swipe her husband’s credit card some more? If money is what a woman is after filing for divorce is the worse option.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/23 01:26 PM

Most people end up marrying within their own socioeconomic class. Meaning teachers marry cops. Walmart cashiers marry Walmart janitors. Doctors marry other doctors. Lawyers marry lawyers. This idea that a Starbucks barista is “preying” on a 6 figure CEO in hopes of divorce raping him someday is not real life.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/23 01:24 PM

Divorce raped isn’t a thing. It’s a red pill boogie man to help them feel better about hating women. Less than 10% of divorces end in alimony and long term alimony (meaning over a year) is almost unheard of. Also, The wife is less well off financially after marriage than she was in one.

You’re not exactly proving anything here. Most people know women don’t want lazy husbands just like how men don’t want lazy wives. Most long term relationships turn transactional. But it’s not a one way street. If a woman stops having sex with her husband or something happens to her were she can no longer be an effective, proactive wife and mother most men will cheat or try to seek a divorce. Yes, that’s true. Some people are just natural flirts and flirt with almost everyone, even people they aren’t attracted to for shits and giggles. I’ll go a step further too. I don’t think people who flirt are leading on the person they’re flirting with. A cheeky interaction shouldn’t bind someone to any kind of commitment to the other person.

I’d say it’s pretty common. Whether it’s a conscious decision or not idk. Especially for women who have been cheated on before. But i don’t it’s full proof considering I’ve seen men of various levels of attractiveness cheat or attempt to cheat.

I will say, a man who continually gets publicly rejected is pretty much screwed unless they move to a completely different area and acquire a new friend group. Once women get wind that a man that she knows as an acquaintance keeps getting spurned, whether she knows the reason or not, she’s not interested in anything he proposes romantically. And I don’t even think it’s necessarily about status more like women are hyper vigilant and neurotic when it comes to these things.

I think it’s better in the sense that the average person actually has options to get with someone they genuinely like not just someone they need for utility reasons. I also believe there is less pressure to make a relationship work. Back in the day, if your husband cheated you were expected to forgive him, this is no longer true today where it’s pretty much frowned upon to forgive a cheating husband.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/23 01:13 PM
6

Every young man who is capable of obtaining situationship gets into one. You can’t tell me a 21 year old man with options he’s attracted to wants to be with one woman. The only people crabby about it are those (particularly men) without those options.

Men with hotter wives are happier. Sure a below average man will marry his looksmatch for various reasons, perhaps he wants kids and she’s willing to give that to him, he’s scared of being lonely and will settle, she takes care of him in a maternal way and he rather have that with an unattractive woman than be by himself etc. But these men are most likely tolerating their wives. This is not to say they aren’t appreciative of below average wife but he’s not exactly happy to be with her either.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/23 04:39 PM

Making a relationship “workable” sounds like a chore. It’s like you’re saying he’s attracted enough to tolerate her but not cherish her.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/23 04:17 PM

There are many dating issues incapsulated in this situation but the one thing I will address about this is I think men here lie ALOT about men being aware of their looks match. As you can see men will go great lengths to attain women out of their league.

As a woman who has dressed fashionably conservative, never posted bikini pics I can tell you without a doubt men do not pay attention to us. I wouldn’t call posting surfing compilations a red flag…some of his demands were reasonable and then he mixed in the unreasonable demands to soften the blow. I feel like the culture of being entitled to instant gratification has really fucked up some people’s view on sex. No one in the world has ever gotten sex with the person they wanted when they wanted it 100% of the time. Even “Chad” strikes out. Even “Chad” has to settle if he wants instant sex. Saying you won’t be sexually successful until you’re able to have sex with a different beautiful woman every 3 days will lead to insanity.

Why do incels want people to believe the majority of men are incels when everyone knows thats not true? I’m a “femcel” and I can fully acknowledge I’m a anomaly. You don't need to have "no feelings" for a person to know that you don't have long term future but still want to date for a bit for fun. You need to lie. There’s no way around it. If a woman asks a man on the third date “what are you looking for.” He’ll need to lie and say “I’m looking for something serious.” In order to bait her into a relationship. That cheap shit isn't going to last forever. She'll get tired of cheapo dates eventually, and then the price will keep getting higher and higher. All the while she has sex whenever she wants, even if it falls off a cliff. Famous last words before the dead bedroom begins. It never fails. Men assuming what women want and using it to justify never meeting a woman’s emotional needs to begin with. A tale as old as time. Just don’t be surprised when she stops giving you want you want too.

Also high standards are placed on men because men are seen as the protectors of women. Men also claim they are protectors (even though there are many who aren’t). Women are viewed as protectors of children and maybe animals. That’s why when a child goes missing everyone is quick to blame the mother not the father. Because everyone is afraid of being “used”. Women are afraid of being used for their youth and body. Men are afraid of being used by their status and money. Trying to create equal standards is an attempt to level the playing field.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 07:42 PM

The first step and de-pilling yourself is realizing men and women do not judge the other gender by the same standards that they’re judged by.

Women seek “better” men because historically and biologically women are at a disadvantage. Women are the physically weaker sex. This weakness is exacerbated during pregnancy when the human female is at her most physically and financially vulnerable. In order to assure her and her child’s safety and security during the gestation and breast feeding period (and even beyond), a mentally healthy woman will naturally seek out a physically and financially dominant man to be the father of her child. Aka…

In observance, I’ve found that men think quantity = quality. Sure, the average lookin woman may get 100 matches. Of those 100, only 50 will message her. The other 50 don’t think she’s attractive…actually they don’t remember swiping on her at all. They swiped on her just because they swipe on every woman so they don’t message. Of the 50 who actually message, 10 of them will be complete weirdos and eliminate themselves by being pervs or mentally unstable or it’s been revealed that they’re actually…

black pill creates violent men. This isn’t shocking. Anyone with two brain cells could see it coming from a mile away. The thing that stuck out to me is he believes women who don’t know him are secretly out to get him and blue ball him. Men ignore me but I don’t really blame them for ignoring me, let alone hate them for it. I think men blaming women for the “Women are wonderful” effect is bogus. No one is purposefully trying to manufacture this effect. Most people are a product on nurturing mothers. Most mature women come to terms with Chad being unavailable to them for the long term. It’s not as big of a deal to women as men want to think.

The rest of us plebs aren't going to get shit because rich assholes will have all the women. We'll be eunuchs -- either literally or metaphorically. Okay you’re exaggerating. This is never how it was at any point in human history.. Rich men maybe had 100 women in their harem max (many of them were slaves btw) Sure rich men had more women but since the start of civilization and society, there was always women left for most of the other men.

Dude, you have to get off the internet. I like to think of myself as a pretty observant person. What you say is happening isn’t. I see men who are literal 4’s being able to hook up with cute women they meet in bars. You seem pretty neurotic and that’s what’s probably pushing women away.

I don’t think it’s as rare as you think. And I think that you think money can make up for a man’s looks. It can’t. Money doesn’t make women horny, money does however make women more tolerant of physical flaws.

/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/23 02:07 PM

I think the top 1% of men (and women if they want to) should be polygamous like it was through the rest of history. Kings, warlords, princes, sultans, emperors and other important men got harems because they had the means to take care of those women and the power to “get” them. The rest of us plebs should be monogamous because it’s the best way to hold society together.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/23 02:02 PM

This guy can get a date though. I would happily date this guy. I mean absolutely no offense but you don’t sound like a good guy. The difference between them and you is that they’re bad guys who are sexually attractive and you’re a bad guy who isn’t.

Sure but generally people are attracted to people of similar looks. And I’m not necessarily talking about being in relationships with people more attractive. I’m talking about the sense of entitlement some men feel about attractive women. Like even some men who have trouble getting women of their own attractiveness feel entitled to hot women.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/23 12:54 PM

No one actually knows their own value level. Mmmm don’t know about that one. A wide variety of women find me attractive. That may be true but that shouldn’t give you a sense of entitlement over women out of your league. No one actually knows their own value level. I like 200 dollar steak dinners and I can afford them sometimes but to think I deserve a 200 dollar steak dinner every week just because I get it occasionally is kind of deluded.

I don’t really think you can compare. Until recent human history: Men were sent to wars they didn’t want to fight, killed by invading armies, enslaved, work harsh unforgiving jobs. Women were raped, tortured and killed by invading armies, enslaved, traded as wives to men who would abuse them, starve to make sure their kids were fed, died in child birth often. Each sounds like hell.

When you have options, the expectation is not there. You are not expected to work, you are expected to bring value. And if my only value was paying half the bills he would expect me to work. Like I said.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/23 09:46 PM
1

That just means you don't bring enough value as a partner. If you did the answer would be a positive one. So then he would expect me to work. Got it. I am not understanding the sentence. Are you trying to say that I said that men expect women to pitch in economically? If men believe they have no incentive to provide for women financially (like you said), then that means they expect women to pitch in.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/23 09:44 PM

No. It is not. Men don't expect women to work/provide. If I got into a relationship right now and told they guy he’s going to pay our rent in full from now on. As well as my phone bill and car bill he’d look at me like I was insane. men don't make enough to support a family on their own is because there is not enough incentives. So then men expect when to also pitch in because you just claimed that their is no incentive. You just contradicted your own argument.

A man will 100% leave a Mindy if Ana wanted to be in a relationship based solely off that fact that she’s more attractive. She never said she wanted to get bailed out by a nice guy. Making stuff up because you’re angry women don’t fuck you has to be the lowest form of communication on this sub. Half of the stuff you just typed out in your comment is made up to fulfill a revenge fantasy in you head.

Q4A: If you’re a recovering alcoholic and the person you’re dating knows this, would you consider it rude if they didn’t ask if you were okay with them drinking in front of you before they order a drink on a date?

I can’t imagine being retroactively jealous unless someone gave me a active reason to be. Like if he still flirts with an ex or something. But what is described in the post you linked is completely irrational to me. I believe it stems from the deep belief a lot of men have that they own their wife’s body even before they meet. Like she was made for him and just for him and any man she has sex with before she met him is like that man stealing something that he owns.

This is entitlement on display. You may need to look up the definition of entitlement. There is a world of difference between no one wanting to be with you in any way at all versus someone will be with you but they don't cherish the ground you walk on. To tolerate is literally to suffer through something. That person feels like they’re suffering from being with you but is tolerating it. That person will most than likely neglect you and at worst abuse you. You think a woman who tolerated you is s…

I think something men REALLY struggle to admit is a person they will TOLERATE and person they will CHERISH are completely different things. Men say, “yea you’re ugly. But some men’s standards are so low you’ll find someone eventually.” Like do you even hear yourselves? People don’t want to be with a “meh, you’ll do I guess” partner, they want to be with someone who truly feels lucky to have them. Don't you think for men to take that kind of risk they would be in a place where they have absolutely nothing to lose? No, I think they have a higher risk threshold and they really believe in what they stand for. I noticed that many revolutions started because men had no food. Well yea, people usually get angry when rich people are throwing buffet parties with their tax money while there are peasants two blocks away looking through trash for food.

It is when you give women the impression that you never pay for dates. Not having sex in the first few dates ≠ giving that man the impression that you’ve never had sex. Women who make some men wait aren't exactly telling them "I just make you wait, not all guys". If he has a problem he can leave. You know how this goes. Why do you even pretend like there is no dishonesty involved? There is no dishonesty. You are literally projecting the worst intentions on what I’ve said. That’s not my problem.

The reality is men will tolerate an “undateable mess” because when you get down to brass tacks, that undateable mess still has what he wants — pussy. On the other hand women don’t want to date the male equivalent of an undateable mess because he doesn’t provide anything that she wants.

Ehh I disagree…you have a very rose-colored view. Many relationships are hardly as reciprocal as you just stated. I know women who have done everything for a man and still got nothing to show for it. Vice versa, I’ve seen stoic masculine men with a “idgaf” attitude get cheated on. If someone doesn’t want to take you seriously — they won’t —no matter what you do.

As someone who has volunteered at homeless shelters, I don’t think you can take the homeless stats and say men are oppressed. I want everyone here to volunteer at a homeless shelter for just a couple of months and unbiasedly observe the behavior of homeless men and everything …

We dislike those men because not only are they not loyal to their wives they’ll sell their homies for a 20. I must have missed the memo that men married to virgins, low-n count women are always faithful. They end up being screwed over in the divorce. The world self corrects these type of situations. Maybe. But this also happens in “regular marriages” so this is wishful thinking.

As a woman who has never participated in causal sex, I get why women would make the man they want to marry wait. It makes logical sense to me given what men have told women throughout history. Men have TOLD women that they don’t take “easy” women seriously. Men have TOLD women that they don’t value sex they didn’t have to work for. Women think, “Men of value don’t value easy women so I won’t be an easy woman for him”. And that makes perfect sense. Can you blame women for having internalized what…

I don’t think she’s promoting that women do sex work. The vast majority of women know the pitfalls of sex work which is why the vast majority don’t do it. As the title of OP’s post suggests, she’s just pointing out that many more men than men want to admit will take a whore seriously.

Sure that would make sense if there was a logical reason for not going. If she was going to a male strip club then definitely; that would be a reason to tell her to not go somewhere. But why is her going to see live music so triggering? When does she get to do things that make her happy? Or does she have to always sacrifice her independent happiness to make sure her man is happy?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/23 11:29 PM
