OYS 7 (More like 1 as I've realized previous posts were vomit) 32, Married 8 years, Wife 32, 2 kids Physical Current weight 169.8 lbs BF 25.1 % Navy Method 5'5" Diet - cutting: 1725 calories 127g protein and IF Training: Upped my regimen to 3-4x per week. Finishing out the kinobody aggressive fat loss program. 2x per week. It's what I committed to before coming here so I'm determined to finish it.

But right now you have no plan other than scribbling your inner musings to strangers on the internet. Farts in the wind. Shit...all of this clears up the nonsense I've been posting. Lifting 2X a weeks is not going to do anything for you. Just following the program I chose. 10k steps daily. 1500-1800 calories per day. I invested in a garage gym 3 years ago and have been on and off. Diet was my biggest lack of consistency. BJJ 1-2 times per week.

Could be. I'm working myself in that direction. I'm starting to see the marriage is a loss cause. I haven't "broken up" mentally with my wife. I need to do things for me more. Just going to build myself and then prepare for the storm of fuck that's to come.

I mean, yes, but it's not an instant change. I've got 27 lbs until my goal weight, then go from there. That'll take some time. Just like all this. No one held a gun to my head to eat like shit is all I'm saying.

Notice I didn't say I was sorry? I just gave a plan of action on how I'd correct it. That's a good outlook. I've apologized so much in my life and I'm tired of it. Then reset. Wake up the next day and start fresh. I'm slowly getting the hang of this. Overall, I was out of line and didn't own it because I wasn't sure what to say. So that's a negative point for today. Not how I wanted to start off the day, but here we are, so I'm just going to move on. Thanks.

Yeah, it became something more recent, but with the accidents, it's gotta be put to an end. I'll figure out an approach to it.

It'll be something to deal with for sure. Just not quit there yet. Jumping the gun and trying to make too many changes led me to fooling myself that I was putting in the work and making progress. Taking it at the right pace.

Why? It doesn’t sound like it provided you much value if you have it up. So it’s not out of a sense of wanting them to have that value. Is this because of a sense of guilt? Because that’s a bad reason. I mean, it's something I do believe in. I've just not committed in the last few years. We stopped going to church because of our schedule. Kids are sick, etc. It's something I gotta sort out for myself. I’m guessing there was a long slow spiral that got you here. The climb back will be the same. T…

OYS 1 32, Married 8 years, Wife 32, 2 kids Known about MRP for years bur never applied it. Always started then stopped. Thinking I was good and that things were fine. Something I always fucked up is ramboing and not STFU enough. Rian Stone's summary videos of MMSL helped make better sense of the material. To not be a total tard. It essentially made me realize I would be the poster boy for blue pill beta bucks. Turned my stomach inside out of how disgusting it made me feel. Looking in the mirror …
