| -1 | Hope this isn't a repost but it sums it up nicely....and what you would see then is a lot of very well staffed classrooms full of terribly cold children. Evidence, please. Edit: As for the pay differences and incentives, yeah, I get that some jobs pay more because otherwise they couldn't keep workers. As for teachers though, I don't see how a pay increase would be taking away incentives.
