27	Not enough energy to do it all. I joined a gym with childcare. It's fantastic. I get to exercise, shower and do my hair, and sometimes I just sit in the hot tub. I'm in much better shape, which my husband appreciates. Another option is to adjust the hired help. Can you get a babysitter for one afternoon a week? Can the house keeper come twice a week instead of once a week? Finally, join a Bible study, book club, or something else in order to find something refreshing and encouraging.	/r/RedPillWives	02/08/20 03:26 PM
