Look dude, I found her behavior to be disrespectful. If that wasn't disrespectful, you could turn around and say any other behavior is just playful and you have a fragile ego for thinking it is disrespectful. The reason I posted here was to ask people if I was over reacting, and after being told that I probably am, I will take it into consideration. I think I am being very reasonable here.

I suppose that she "noticed" something different but do you really think my relationship is going to die because of one bad day? We have already worked through a few various issues on her end. don't see why this would hinder anything when I specifically tried to not act out about it before asking others for perspective on the situation.

Thank you for your honest opinion, despite being harsh. I truly 100% did not see it as playful or funny in any way, just disrespectful and it didn't occur to me that there would be any other way to see it. For what it's worth I tried to keep my composure in check as much as possible and hopefully I didn't come off as butthurt too much to her.

Because now I lost so much attraction for my girlfriend I am wondering if I should just break up with her. Or if I should work through it by either saying something about it when she asks or just not bringing it up again. No, I am really serious. I have been seeing her for several months and I have no idea if she is going out with another guy tonight. I know she has mentioned an "old family friend" before, so for all I know she is seeing him tonight. So what I am getting here is these things are probably fine as long as it's purely "selfish" and I'm doing it because I want to. Not because I am looking for approval from her, which I'm not.
