1	PSA - Thyroid Stimulating Hormone The best thyroid test is Free T3 which is your active thyroid hormone not TSH. Optional Free T3 is anything above 3. If you are on thyroid meds, armour thyroid or nature throid or anything with T3 is best. Levo is only T4 which is the inactive form of thyroid. Your body converts T4 to T3 ... hopefully. But sometimes it doesn't and that's why some people still feel like shit when they are on levo.
