From a musical perspective, most rock is pretty shitty anyway, so it’s probably for the best that it’s died away. Who the fuck would want to listen to screechy guitars and bullshit redpill lyrics in 2019 anyway. Music has evolved way beyond that shit. Also, conservatism has produced nothing of countercultural artistic value since PJW said that, just Pepe memes and other worthless shit.

How many anecdotes create a trend? Anecdotes themselves don't create a trend. It's impossible to give an answer for "how many" anecdotes because you can't establish what your total sample size is based off of a couple anecdotes (i.e. you cannot empirically establish the true frequency with which that particular phenomenon occurs). You need to know the total sample size to make any accurate deductions. See also: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anecdotal_evidence Anecdotal evidence is evidence from …

Uh, you have to do actual statistical analysis to establish that trends and norms exist. Taking anecdotes from this subreddit as the complete story on women is stupid because men in r/MGTOW have already reached a particular conclusion about women. Implicitly, by posting it as MGTOW fodder in this subreddit, where guys habitually cherrypick examples to prove that women as a whole are terrible

Basing your view of half the population off of one drunk woman at a bar, very wise

Honestly, I’d really advise against becoming so cynical at such a young age. It’s entirely possible that you just haven’t met or developed relationships with the right people yet. I didn’t start meeting really cool, smart, down to earth people (men and women) until I was 20, and I didn’t have my first actual long term relationship with a woman until was 23, when I met my current partner. I’m really grateful that I didn’t become cynical and closed-off prior to that, because it turns out she a rea…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
