That is not at all the reason. Women entering the workforce in large numbers didn’t start until the 70s. During WWII many women worked to support the war effort, but when the war ended, so did many of those jobs and women returned to the home while men went back into the work force. WWII is a completely separate issue in a separate era.

First off, I gave no one a pass on anything. I’m just smart enough to realize people rarely turn down a free ride, and I’m not a hypocrite. Acknowledging facts is not the same as protecting anyone, and it was both liberals AND conservatives who supported all of this. Don’t try to spin this as a liberal creation. It wasn’t. There’s an overwhelming amount of support across the board, both historically and currently, for feminism, despite the fact that the modern iteration of feminism is rooted in …

Let’s remember it was overwhelmingly men in Congress who passed the laws ushering women into the workplace and heaping welfare onto single mothers. Calling them “selfish sluts” because they’re taking what is freely offered to them is a bit silly. If men had the same opportunities they’d cheerfully take them and the women would be complaining about us being selfish sluts. We men, every bit as much as women, have created this fucking mess, and we need to own our complicity in the utter destruction…

Nobody does anything without getting something in return, even if that something is the feeling they receive for doing something good or seeing themselves as honorable. Those things are strong motivators. Despite that, making some seemingly altruistic contribution to the world is still a good thing. Good luck with PJ training. That would be a fantastic gig

There is no “love of my life.” There are only people who are good for you right now or not good for you right now. You have to get the idea out of your head that there’s one person who’s “the one.” That kind of thinking will cause you to make terrible decisions and have unrealistic expectations. As far as whether or not you should dump her or screw other women, I would say only if that’s what you like doing. Personally, that’s not my thing. I date one woman until I don’t want to anymore or she s…

You’re contradicting yourself. If “eat healthy” is so logical as to be ubiquitous, then offering it as advice is useless. The following statement is a total non sequitur. The conclusion that one is “implying” they are perfect, because they say “work on yourself” is too vague to be useful is busted logic. The conclusion does not logically follow the statement. Then you go on to say if a girl stops seeing you, you should ask yourself why. Doesn’t make any sense either. You assume the reason a girl…

If you think a lot of men in relationships cry to get a response from a woman, you’re sadly mistaken. That’s not a tactic used by men; it’s one that is used by women. Men are infinitely more likely to be controlling or angry when they’re insecure. I have never known or even heard of a man doing that. I don’t know where you’d even get an idea like that. You still didn’t answer my question, which was “Why is (this) directed at men?” “Work on yourself” is not useful advice; it’s so vague as to be u…

The number of men who actually behave as you’ve described is almost non-existent. This reads like it was written by a woman who doesn’t know how insecure men actually behave, especially the crying part. You’d have a hard time finding 1 man in 1000 who does that. And what’s your point anyway? Allowing your insecurities to behave badly toward your partner is a bad idea for anyone, obviously. Why is it directed at men? Are you trying to score points with women by signaling your virtues, or are you …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
