Yeah I know, I’m the problem at least in that scenario. It is just very hard to make that move when I open my mouth the room is filled with a noxious plume that causes others to move away and cover their nose. I know, if she was throwing obvious signals then she pretty much said to herself “this isn’t as dealbreaker for me”...it’s just hard man..i lived 23 years as a confident person and I’m having trouble adjusting to this. Any advice on fixing my mindset here?

Yeah I have, diet is the one thing that can help but as I’ve only just recently found out my diagnosis it’s still early and a learning process. So far pretty much all meat/dairy/alcohol screws me and veggies (besides broccoli) seem to be the best.

It took me awhile to internalize what I’m about to say: If you’re the highest value male in the room, it won’t matter who’s around or who she talks to because you know she’s going to leave with you since you’re the best option.

I have a plate (if you want to call it that) that I see 1-2x a year when I’m traveling through Mexico. We meet, fuck for a week then go our separate ways. Nah, I’m soft nexting because she’s creating drama which is what soft nexting is used for ala blackdragonblog. I know she’s fucking other guys, she’s a plate. That’s not the issue. Rubbing it in my face because she’s mad over something (drama) is the issue As far as the effect, not sure, that’s why I came here. I figure it can either be as it should where she understands something wasn’t ok and fixes her actions OR she sees me as butthurt for soft nexting her. I can’t really say which it is
