1	Self Loathing This will probably get buried..here's my 2 cents. Self-hatred and self-love are two balancing elements.Instead of trying to reduce self-loathing,it's easier to increase self-love. I think the 4 basic categories can also be used to divide societies into 4 groups based on their dominant model of relationship.
