Thank you. Yes, while writing the question, I was thinking I don't want to show my emotions as it make me appears weak as a 29 years old man. Off course, the moments I have cried were mostly life changing though.

Thank you. I'm glad you wrote this for me. I completely agree to things you wrote, as one of the other comments mentioned, most of the times it was a life changing event which made me cry. Even when I was emotional this time, my supervisor asked me to talk later, but I decided to go ahead. I felt like challenging myself - thinking I could control it. Could you give me an example of experiencing life? Facing troubles? I feel I do that even now. I don't have a hard dependency. Yes, but if I take some decisions, I do use them as sounding board. But decisions are mine and what j think is usually what happens.

Largely you are correct. I have lived a "safe life". I don't lie, and the moment I do, my face expression and behaviour changes so that it's very easily to guess something is wrong.
