Overview of Fresh & Fit

The hosts of the Fresh & Fit podcast are Walter Weekes (AKA “Fresh”) and Myron Gaines (AKA “Fit”).  Their podcast was initially created in 2019 as a fitness and health advice show.  However, it started gaining massive traction back in 2021, when Fresh & Fit introduced their After-Hours Special, a talk show focusing on dating from men’s perspective and effectively offering exemplary advice for men about how to interact with women.

In their After-Hours Special, they invite young, buxom, scantily clad, subculture class women onto their show to discuss the current SMP and intersexual dynamics.  Apparently, their choice of guests boils down to a small number of qualifiers.

  • Those who are able to contribute insightful and relevant points to the conversation.
  • Women who possess an iconic gynomorphic profile displaying cleavage and skin, and who don’t need to say anything at all, really.
  • Quotidian Carousel Riders and/or CCR veterans, both male and female.
  • Feminist parrots who are sufficiently articulate enough to voice their boilerplate viewpoints, but who do not possess the cognitive or moral capability of defending them in a formal argument.
  • Guest personalities, most of whom have their own social media platform and who cover similar topics.

Myron is extremely gifted in argumentation and debate and he uses this skill to host the discussions very adroitly.

Case Study — Fresh & Fit on Female Accountability

Here I’ll cover one exchange that I found to be rather insightful and also very entertaining.  I won’t address the content of their conversation as much as I’ll offer a meta-analysis of their interactions.

Of note, the woman sitting to Myron’s left is Sarah Dawn Moore, a social media influencer with her own YouTube channel.  From what I have seen of her content, she is very articulate and has some pretty fair-minded advice for both men and women.  Note that she is the only person at the table who is NOT drinking.  (Her cup has been pushed away.)  She is the only woman at the table who is able to properly address Myron’s arguments.  The others are merely expressing their own fluffy feeelz-filled feminist frames.

Overview of the Video

The main topic of their conversation is about whether it is men or women who are responsible for the death of Chivalry.  Myron’s take is that women are responsible, and men are just dealing with the reality on the ground.

Long time readers will know that it is neither really. It is because Chivalry is self-defeating, and Feminist ideologies and sexual promiscuity has led to a breakdown in authentic trust between the sexes (as amply demonstrated in the women’s attitudes) which is a necessary precondition for Chivalry.

There is some confusion of terminology though.  They are NOT speaking of Chivalry as we understand it to be a social construct originating in Medieval times, which has morphed into faux Christian morality and which forms the foundation of the Blue Pill.  In this conversation, when the women speak of “Chivalry”, what they are really expressing is their expectation that men should treat women with dignity, grace, and honor.  It is an expectation of decency by those who conduct themselves indecently.

Instead of addressing Myron’s arguments though, the women are constantly obfuscating and justifying themselves all throughout the discussion on this topic.  But they won’t go so far as to explicitly state that men stopped reverencing women or that weak men are screwing up the SMP.  Instead, they take the currently trending tack of saying men are manipulative, sociopathic, and toxic.  Since the majority of men are sexually invisible to women, they don’t seem to realize that it is only a small percentage of men who are this way, who also happen to be the men they choose — a point which Myron touches on a couple times but which is assiduously avoided (or not detected) by his guests.

Patriarchy is Assumed

I’m not sure Myron or Walter are aware of this, but they are not speaking of Chivalry per se either. Myron’s argument implicitly assumes that women should submit to a man’s authority, not the other way around as is characterized by Chivalry.  (Myron wisely avoids using the terms Patriarchy, authority, and submission to describe his position.) Thus, “Chivalry” appears to be a code word with two different meanings and this impasse arising from these incongruent definitions is what drives the virulent discussion.

Throughout his podcasts, he does exercise masculine authority and he refers to a code of conduct when the hens get too uppity.  For example, at 9:00, Myron calls a woman out for avoiding his point that women killed Chivalry and romance, and at 9:55, Myron restores order by taking the ladies to task about their conduct on his show, calling their arguments and behavior foolish.

The interesting thing about this discussion is that within the Framework of this structure of authority, Myron’s argument is correct.  That is, women who will not submit to their male authority cannot reasonably expect that man to behave properly towards them.  So it is the woman’s fault for not submitting.  Myron is wise in not stating this explicitly, but the message still comes through.  This is exactly what the women cannot accept, because it pops their Feminist bubble.

Two Paradigms Collide

Dalrock stated that the problems associated with a lack of female accountability were a result of them not being held accountable by men, which he described as “a lack of ownership of women”. In Myron’s video, we see the same problems being manifested, i.e. the attitudes and disorders associated with “independent women” who naturally receive bad treatment from men.

“The feminist response to this reality is that no one owns them, and they are of course right.”

Dalrock: Tragedy of the feminist commons. (2019/3/26)

Likewise, Fresh & Fit’s female guests angrily assert that women are “equal” and “independent”, and yet they are confused and surprised that men do not honor and respect them as “equals”, thereby revealing their ignorant denial of God’s created order.

They continually resort to the dishonest debate tactic of dismissing Myron’s argument as merely an opinion. But no, it is not an opinion. It is the parallel paradigm of Patriarchy which feminist women refuse to be a part of, and yet they want to be treated as though they are.

What all these women are refusing to admit is that the only way a woman can receive the dignity, grace, and honor she desires is by recognizing a man as an authority over her, accepting his discipline, complying with his wishes, deferring to his decisions, and making a diligent effort to beautify his life.  IOW, as Dalrock said, the woman needs to have an “owner” and be a “helper” to him, otherwise, a woman has no other choice but to help and own herself, which is clearly a mortally difficult and shamefully embarrassing state, as seen in the video and elsewhere.

Women initiate a Relationship Structure which they do not want

I’m sure the previous description of women being “owned” by one man (e.g. in marriage) has offended a few readers, so let’s break this down further.

In demanding an equal standing with men, women are inadvertently creating the very kinds of relationships which they do not want.

Σ Frame Axiom 7 (Jack): The natural interaction defines the relationship structure according to which model it fits best, not what we think it is or hope for it to be.

When a woman treats a man like an equal, the man can only interpret this and respond in one of three ways.

img-1783682628-6a50d6447a6ea6.67417859.jpg
  1. He can treat her like a Friend.
  2. He can treat her like a Competitor.
  3. He can treat her as an Enemy.

Any of these types of relationships cannot give the woman what she is seeking, for the following reasons respectively.

  1. The Friend Zone is not a mature sexual relationship.  It reduces the male to Beta status, and is therefore untenable with regards to hypergamy.  (Myron points this out at 3:40.)
  2. In a relationship between Competitors, it is men’s nature to defeat the competition and “win” the game.
  3. For Enemies, it is men’s instinct to destroy or eliminate his adversary.

The Fresh & Fit peeps probably don’t know this, but Points 2 and 3 are why the discussion leads to the topic of physical abuse later in the video.  At 13:00 Moore leads a discussion about how women should respond to physical abuse in a relationship.

Again, the only way that women can receive the dignity, grace, and honor they desire is by recognizing a man as an authority over her.  In this type of relationship, a man’s nature as a protector and a provider shines through.

Without Moral Agency, Holding Females Accountable is Interpreted as “Abuse” and Condemnation

Although Myron is fundamentally correct, it is foolish to expect women to accept what he is saying.  This is because Women do not have the capability of accepting responsibility for their own actions.  They lack the necessary moral agency.  That is why they get bent out of shape and blow up when he makes a very general statement like, “People are responsible for their choices.”

For example, at 6:10, the woman sitting next to Moore loses her cool and goes on the warpath, saying,

“I’m not talking about a woman taking accountability [sic] because a woman will fall for whatever the F__k she wants to feel like falling for, but at the same time, the man knows better.”

In this statement, she is admitting that women are dicktated by the Feeelz and have no moral agency, AND that men have more moral agency than women do.  But then at 6:30, she starts preaching “equality” as if that’s going to fix everything (???) without any awareness of her contradictory assumptions.

img-1783682629-6a50d645e544c5.99801239.jpg

Then at 6:40 on, she paraphrases what she feels Myron is saying as, “Women are wrong.  Women are at fault.  Women are horrible.”  She goes on like this for more than 3 minutes.  From her speech, it is evident that she feels blamed and/or condemned, and is trying to shift the line of reasoning to relieve the expectation that women should be responsible for their decisions (which is more evidence that women lack moral culpability).

Later on, reality suddenly dawns on the two women sitting in the back, and they respond in a similar manner.

Moreover, when it is said that men are responsible for their choices, women have no problem accepting that, because it has nothing to do with their own moral culpability. But when the onus is placed on women, they do not perceive that they have the moral agency required to act otherwise, and they therefore interpret the statement as a judgment of condemnation on themselves.

Agency is Anathema to the Female Fleshly Nature!

Summary

The question that the men should be asking is, how can Women proudly state that they are (or should be) equal to men, in spite of the obvious moral incongruences?

  1. Women choose poorly.  They openly admit to preferring bad boys, and then want to blame those men for being bad boys.
  2. Women cling to a gynocentric microcosm built on feminist notions of equality, and therefore set themselves up in a relationship that is either abusive or unfulfilling.
  3. Women do not have the moral capability to take responsibility for their decisions.  They need a man’s moral covering.
  4. Women refuse to submit to the man in their life and thereby accept his moral covering.

In summary, it is women’s fault, as Myron claims. Meanwhile, men are standing by, waiting for women to swallow their pride and get their act together. But the women remain lost in their Feminist gynoworld mental microcosm and aren’t even aware of their proper role in a relationship, which is to accept a male head and submit to his authority.

Another question is, how can Women boast about being independent of men, when they desperately need a man’s attention and love, they lack the capability of exercising moral culpability, and are in dire need of a Man’s moral covering?

More and more women are coming to the conclusion that they don’t want to be independent.

In general, it is foolish boasting to wave these facts in women’s faces.  Nevertheless, Myron’s wisdom of foolishness provides an effective forum for demonstrating the reality and revealing the truth of the matter.
