It's been a while since I posted anything about this but let's talk about it.

Change is tough. Be a man and talk about it. Everyone is adverse to change, so you are NOT alone in this struggle.

Look at it this way. Everyone hates being laid off from their job. It's a change into the unknown. Everyone also gets nervous about their first day of work at a new job. It's a change into the unknown.

Whether you are angry, depressed, sad, lonely, or just nervous; be sure to reach out for help. *We do like to hear success stories, so please share. :)
