Ex is seeking a modification (to keep me from 12y daughter) based on the fact that she took photos of my garbage (that she stole from behind my loft (in a public area). Budweiser cans are visible. I counted them up and it averages to 2.5 beers per day.

It would seem like this would be laughed out of court. Thoughts?
