So far it's been 3 months and we haven't even gotten separated yet to start our 1 year before divorce because she dug her heels in on not agreeing to 50 50 custody. Well, today it seems as though she folded. The thought that she has to stay in the same house for 9 more months with me is too much. Not divorced yet, but I think when it comes up next year she'd have a pretty tough time convincing a judge it should be otherwise after a year of living that way. The little details of the financial stuff is basically in limbo until the divorce, but effectively 50 50.
