So the topic of creating attraction has been in my head for the past weeks and I have been wanting to find out what raises male attraction, especially in the initial dating phase. This is what I have come up so far by watching YT videos and applying it in the real OLD dating world ;-)

  • First is what I call the painter technique, i.e. finding out his 'ideal' life state and then try to make suggestions based on it, for example 'I would like us so much to go there and do xyz' so painting him a fantasy of two of us together doing something. The best effect will have if he hasn't been able to do this with other women and it correlates with his ideal life state and his interests.
  • Remaining mysterious, i.e. not revealing not too much about yourself but enough that you see that if you have common hobbies music taste etc. which then in return will be far easier to paint a fantasy since you know where he is coming from if you have a lot in common. It is far more useful asking about his hobbies/music taste/sports than about his job, very few people have an ideal career state tied to the significant other.
  • When texting make sure it has a goal (for example painting a fantasy, sending music or making appointments or sending a sexy pic of yourself, men are mainly attracted visually but it doesn't mean it needs to be a nude) otherwise no texting in between and never ever texting empty phrases such as "What are you up to"
  • Do not reveal to him how much you are into him - never ever. Just keep silent about it and keep him always on a distance. Let him initiate most if not all of the time. Never give him the feeling he has you now and doesn't need to work for you anymore.
  • If all else fails, bring in male competition, i.e. start talking to other men OLD if you are not already and make it subtly known to him. For example, have an "empty" texting conversation with someone you matched during the first half hour of the date to demonstrate you have options.. The male competition strategy is very effective for us women because we have so many dating options but it's not something which should be done on a first date, I would do it only if you feel he is or will pull back.

Of course all of this only works when he has an initial attraction to you. Without initial attraction, you cannot build a base to work with.

I wonder what else has proven effective for you?
