Sooo I've been with my man for 3 years now and he's starting to talk about buying a house together. I don't want to get married to him or anyone else so marriage is a moot point for me. My issue is that I'm not sure if I should buy the house with him and have half ownership, or have him buy the house and help with rent. Currently he pays 2/3s of the rent in our apartment and we have separate rooms. I would expect a similar arrangement if this was the case. Any advice?
