Why has africa (as a continent not a country) had their empirical conquests (most alexandria/egypt). not be as fruitful and expansive as other nations given their known technological advances at the time? the british and spaniards and portugues and english have used them and yet the chinese and indians suffered the same fate for the most part from colonization but have skyrocketed past them in terms of modern development..does this most african (including subsaharan) countries are still underdeveloped due to decreased average intelligence or overly active tribal differences? sure the caste system in india is horrid among other issues but with a comparable size and population they've gotten way farther at impregnating other country's industries and capitalizing on manufacturing, science and even having a god damn space program. china is just sitting pretty all the way around. sure there is poverty and censorship..but tbh, here in the states having state-free run media and industry has corrupted a lot of shit and sort of made things worse.

i dont know...just playin armchair sociologist here....any thoughts?
