Poor soul

Im 16 and on 40+ days of nofap , ever since I've started I also picked up other habits like cold showers , better work ethic , exercise and eating healthy. Today when I came home from school my mom told me my dad hanged himself few hours after I went to school. I think it was over stress because of his debts and going through a divorce but Im not sure. I have my finals exams next week and we are now under a lot of financial stress but this wont stop me from continuing my nofap journey and I also know that all this struggle , as well as both my cats dying last year will lead to growth and becoming a mentally stronger person.
