Q: You, I and probably everyone else are 100% aware that feminists, regardless hardcore or less hardcore ones, when speaking about men, always, always, always speak in a sense of generalization. boys love mansplain!, boys are insecure!..etc. I never heard a feminist (including friends) who’d say, well some of the men are (insert trash description). It is ALWAYS generalization. Now if you want to generalize, do it. Yet, you’re simultaneously calling for equality. Why are you then so offended when some men critique feminists, as if they’re critiquing all women? If you’re fine with insulting all men, why would you whine when a man critiques you?
