Honest question: If, according to the feminist narrative, there is something inherently "bad" and "toxic" in Male nature, why are they so hostile towards men that voluntarily decide not to engage in any kind of romantic relationship with women, let alone get married?

I see this over and over again: A random feminist says something bad about men( "men are trash, for example). I say that she doesn't have to worry about me, because I've decided to stay single for life. The insults are almost automatic: Incel, misogynist, manchild, gay?. Shouldn't they support guys like me, who decide to live their lives alone, and therefore not opressing any woman through marriage, a "patriarchal" invention?
