Both women and men have a natural evolved bias in favor of women.

Women only perceive benevolent sexism as equality. Actual equal treatment and blatant sexism are both perceived as sexism by women.

Cato the Elder:
"Woman is a violent and uncontrolled animal... If you allow them to achieve complete equality with men, do you think they will be easier to live with? Not at all. Once they have achieved equality, they will be your masters."
These two FACTS and Cato's wisdom are all we need to prove that equality between men and women is impossible. The two facts add up to this in behavior; women favor women, women demand men favor women, and men are more than happy to favor women. It is no wonder since the extension of the franchise to them (womens suffrage) the new voting majority (61% of votes are cast by women) has created a vast governmental structure aimed solely at favoring women.
Academic Feminism has been a vast projection of the female psyche onto men. Academic Feminist claim that men run society for the benefit of men. But as I have just shown men do not have an in group bias for men they have one in favor of women. if you pay close enough attention you can see this pattern repeating itself over and over again in the things these academic feminists claim, but I do not have the time to get into all of the examples.
Women and men evolved for different roles in our tribal groups. We are sexually dimorphic and our psychologies are different. For most of our species history men and women have had separate social spheres. (Paglia has a good talk about this) We worked and socialized in different hierarchies. But the history of the modern world is a history of the absolute destruction of male only spaces and male hierarchies. One after another traditionally male spaces have been colonized and reconfigured for the inclusion of women. It is my contention that the inclusion of women into the political world has created a civilizationally fatal positive feedback loop.
