What would change, if we stopped blaming others, even when they are at fault? How would life be different, if, no matter what, we said, "It's up to me to fix this, if I can?"
Is this wishful positivity, or a useful hack?
I tend to see it from the power dynamic- blaming others is powerlessness, blaming ourselves means power, since we can then fix it.
Red-pill rage, though, tends to be a mix of both, and a long process- mine took about 4 years.
I now think I could have saved time by coming to that conclusion earlier- but perhaps I needed to process first, before I was at the acceptance stage.
