Well, people used to mock me for being a prepper, just a crazy hoarder here. But when SHTF I already had a couple months of food storage, health kits and toilet paper so when I went to the grocery stores it was all for entertainment value.

I was just reading the FED's posting about the unemployment rates, they think it'll go up to 32% which is worse than the great depression of 1933 at 24.9%. I hope you're all preparing your financial house because the second round of layoffs will be worse than the first round.

I'm in a good position because I'm not too invested in stocks and my savings can last me a couple of years before I have to worry about getting a job if I'm laid off due to the global recession.

MGTOW has enabled me to not give two craps about what is going on except for the safety of my friends and family. If I had a wife and kids I'd be worried shitless but I only have to support myself, make my 800 dollar house payment, and miscellaneous other bills and I'm home free.

Preparing doesn't just mean food and water. It also means money to keep a roof on the table and food over your head.
