I dont know if you guys have noticed this, but why does every fucking male I see on a daily basis either have their hands in their pockets, holding something, fiddling with keys, fucking around with their phone but not actually doing anything on there during meetings, conversations etc.

Where I'm going with this is simple, keep your hands to your sides when talking with someone. Act like a fucking boss, and people will follow.. that is all.
