Since I started the program, (had been lifting but other than that acting like a beta).....shaved head upped my wardrobe game and started owning my shit Ive been getting laid or at least a hand job whenwver I want. Its even been noticable in social situations....we went to a club to see my friends band, I got hit on by at least four women, making my way to the bar, because I was dancing without a fuck to give. The old me would never be caught dancing. Believe me, Im no prize...,Im tall but thats about it....my chest sticks out further than my gut and my arms are pretty big so I guess Im in good shape for 45. Long story short...own your shit fellas
