Being given that a preponderance of evidence standard is now being applied in this institution and that a man accused of sexual misconduct cannot get a fair hearing, we the undersigned agree that if any one of us is accused and brought before a university disciplinary committee, we will all appear before the committee and state that we were present at the time of the alleged misconduct and that the accusation is false.
