There will always be more genius men than women because the IQ bell curve is flatter for men. And since testosterone makes men more assertive and competitive, then they will always succeed at the highest levels with the highest financial rewards. One solution to this obvious problem (because nature is sexist) is an uprising of armed radical feminists to forcibly install authoritarian Marxist ideals so men are stripped away from ambition privilege.

Another solution I see is one that forcibly injects female fetuses with testosterone boosters and estrogen blockers. And we should be forcing women to take testosterone through adulthood. Then we should force women into jobs they don't want, working hours they also don't want. Gender equality will not exist until 50% of workplace deaths are women and we should force them to work in the mines at gunpoint.

Gender equality won't exist until we treat women like men. In what other ways could we achieve 50/50 workplace deaths for true equality to exist? How can we incentiveize more women into workplace deaths?
