My bail was 5k for a misdemeanor. As a white dude with no prior trouble with the law or anything. This bitch got the same for murder.

Good points made here. No question that some people are more dangerous or a high flight risk and should have a higher bail. My question is should there be a 100X spread in the difference?

The fact that this pig is using breastfeeding while on methadone as an excuse makes me sick. I’m a former addict who has been on methadone in the past. Part of my clinic was having groups on pregnancy and methadone/parenting and methadone. The group was ran by a doctor and a nurse. We had several pregnant woman in the group and of course breastfeeding was brought up. It is actually suggested to breastfeed in the beginning bc the baby is going through withdrawal and the TINY amount of methadone that is in breast milk may help the baby with withdrawal symptoms. What a fucking poor excuse for a mother.

We all know she put methadone in her babies bottle bc she wanted to shoot heroin and the baby was being a baby and needed things. Animals take better care of their children. Fuck.

This is dumb. A guy suspected of murdering a stranger in a parking garage has a lot more parking garages and a lot more strangers he can murder. How many more babies will this woman allegedly kill with methadone?

Why would one even give methadone to a baby? Was the baby addicted to heroin? Did she think it would help it stop crying and go to sleep? It's a terrible idea any way you look at it, but intentional murder? Nothing is as easy to kill as a human baby. If you really want one dead, you hardly need methadone to do it.

Different crimes, different circumstances, different flight risks, different bail. It's not that complicated. Not everything is a conspiracy to help women at the expense of men. If she was accused of murdering somebody in a parking garage, her bail would probably be much higher.

She was breastfeeding I think and the meth was obviously in the milk so yea
