I'm black, 20F, I come from a religious family. My father is older than my mum by 15 years, and my family doesn't approve of emotional behaviour. So from the age of around 10, I haven't hugged either of my parents. They have raised me to be emotionally strong. My MBTI is ENTP, but I do feel like I am very emotional at times though i try to act rationally.
I'm not an intimidating person. Im smiley, and petite (5'2 and 100 pounds). But I feel like the way i interact with the opposite sex is more... picky and "masculine"? I am bisexual, and I feel like I connect with men "emotionally" and I'm attracted to women "physically". I know that TRP states that you should look at a woman's actions rather than her words, and from my own dating life, ive only had one partner so far (male). I connected with him intellectually and emotionally, and I also thought he looked cute.
My previous experiences never led to anything. Ive only kissed one person so far in my life (my ex). And I realised I did play a lot of tests on guys in the past, and whilst my crushes have been long-lasting (each year was dedicated to one crush), I usually got to a point where I felt like I wasnt interested anymore. I really dislike it when i notice that a guy is only interested in me for my looks/potential sex. A lot of my tests are comfort tests too. So if I texted a guy that i was feeling upset, and he didnt respond with asking why and then listening to me and offering advice, then I just cut him off. I also enjoy making the first move. By confessing my crush, etc. Im not afraid of rejection. I cant see myself being interested in a guy who isnt interested in me for long. But apparently all of my actions suggest that i have a low smv? Just because I don't appreciate men who act supposedly "alpha" by ignoring me. I do have to admit that whilst i appreciate a man with good emotional intelligence, I wouldnt appreciate a guy who only reassures me without solid advice.
I am not different to other women. Theres lots of women that are just like me. I feel like guys focus "game" too much on women with certain personality traits. Flexibility is good
An additional note is that i prefer shy but confident guys. Like nerds/geeks. I also wouldnt want a guy to have been a manwhore in his past. I am also easily submissive to nerdy guys because i appreciate their intelligence
