I wanted to share some green flags i have found in my new relationship that I hope help others. Please feel free to add more green flags in the comments. Its something I dont think a lot of women are taught. We get taught only red flags so here it goes.

He has responsibly lived on his own since being a teenager. He worked hard to support himself He had enough discipline at a young age to not go out and party use drugs or drink. He works out consistently He he takes his turn in conversation and does not interrupt People at his school or work give him leadership tasks or he volunteered for them. He gets good grades/takes pride in his work. He studies an appropriate amount He takes vitimans Seeks help when needed Protects but doesn't interfere with his little sister Says things like id like to see you but i need to reasonably sleep/study/work out how about X day? Takes intrest in your daily life Is respectful the first few times you meet as to not sexually push you Values your opinion Has good leadership skills and is dependable Keeps dates Says sorry and cares about your overall wellbeing Is cool and calm under pressure Keeps his living space clean clothes washed and has good hygiene Has pictures or stories of how he loves his brothers new baby or loves his dog His brothers are in stable long term relationships His family gets along good and has happy times Values monogamy Is forgiving if you slightly pms nutjob out Talks about long term plans Takes an active role in supporting your life goals like helping you study for a class he has taken Helps you fix things If he doesn't know an answer to a problem of yours he spends time researching He lets you lead but is comfortable taking over if things get out of hand Is respectful of your ideas about the world such as religion Introduces you to his family in a positive way Includes you in activities Has good financial sense doesn't rack up debt has a savings account Finds time to do activities and hobbies Has good quality friends who respect you Checks in with you daily after you are together Doesn't yell when fusterated instead takes space Has a positive attitude about women and their good qualities and the value they bring to the table in a relationship. Respects your sexual boundaries Takes care of your sexual needs Offers you a bite of his food or just generally shares with you Tells you if you are doing something and wants you to correct a behavior instead of getting angry. Is accepting of things in your life you can not change such as having kids. Takes an intrest in their wellbeing Encourages you or actively helps you eat healthy and work out Gives you your space and time Is comfortable telling you no Offers to help with guy stuff like carying in water cases from the car
