The bottom line identifier that makes a man alpha?

There are hundreds of small pieces that make up a puzzle. Some big ones you'll see whilst creating an alpha are lifting, and getting some lays under your belt. Sometimes we need to show others or learn how to put these pieces together. But, when the alpha puzzle is complete, that is what it looks like.

Do not seek validation or try to manipulate or change her mindset, her tittle, what she thinks, what she does, do not do this.

Instead follow the simple formula of:

NEVER SEEKING VALIDATION FROM OTHERS AND DO WHATEVER THE FUCK YOU WANT WITHOUT APOLOGIZING.

Let them talk, let them think what you want, pay no attention to it, do not try to change their opinion. Own shit, do shit your way, and stop giving a fuck what others say.

Their opinion of you is bound to change, it will change. You aren't in control of the outcome. Stop caring.

MOST IMPORTANTLY:

Stop trying to show her the place she belongs. She will find this place if you have done your job. If she raises hell, you stand your ground, you do not tell her to stop raising hell.

If you haven't done your job FROM THE START, you will not help change the circumstances by intiating change in her in the form of words. The only way to do this is walk away, drop her, change her to a plate. The change you see will only be intact for the extent that you're doing your job correctly, and based almost entirely as to what type of person she is: "let me see the Hoe fax, smut."

Stop picking up individual pieces of shit, and start shoveling mounds of it. Do this by:
