I am a fairly new here, I mostly lurk and I'm still in the process of swallowing the pill. Recently I've realized that I'm having a hard time grasping the larger picture that's being painted here. The other day I inadvertently realized by answering a question in /r/asktrp that analyzing a situation and then writing down my thoughts tremendously helped me understand my own thought patterns and how red pill theory can be applied to real life situations.

One thing I can recommend to newcomers and lurkers is to start critically analyzing situations in your every day lives and writing down your conclusions. It could be anywhere, at school, a bar, here, asktrp, or another sub though you probably shouldn't actually post the response unless it's a trp sub.

There's just something about seeing your own thoughts in writing that clears your head. This should also help the level of conversation on the sub as a whole, posting a constructive response will help you personally way more than posting a clever comment about how much a women sucks (even if she does.)
