The problem I have with this is that one does not simply just go outside of their house and build a social circle from scratch. Most people who are into cold approach do it because it is their only choice. Anyone can just go outside and start to approach. Depending on your SMV you'll either have to approach a 1000 sets or 100 sets before you get a lay.

Also, social circle is not some golden ticket to pussy. You still have to game, not to mention be the best available single guy in the group. You will be competing with every guy there. Then top it off with the fact of if you fuck up the girl will tell all the other girls there. "Omg this dude is CREEPY!!!" Now your shunned from the group. In cold approach bar or street game if you fuck up fabulously bad its cool. You will most likely never ever see those people ever again. You can go grind out 10 more sets.

I think every guy should do at least 500 cold approaches in his life at some point. Consolidated to a somewhat small timeframe, like a month. You will build up confidence and learn how to speak with strangers on your feet. Once you get someone comfortable and decent at cold approach, then you should try to cultivate pussy rich social circles.

The other main thing people ALWAYS forget about is that red-pill/PUA philosophy and mindsets were created simply out of the pursuit of freedom. 99% of guys are constrained to whatever lucky pussy falls from the sky as a side effect of being in specific social circles or institutions. Another .5% practice good looking guy game and work off that until they no longer look good. These two groups don't really have much freedom. The remaining .5% practice cold approach and get good at it. At any moment, they could get up go outside and grind until they get a new girl. It is 100% up to them. They don't have to wait until they are in the right place at the right time and position their cock so the pussy that is falling from the sky lands just right onto their cock.

Yes cold approach is hard. It has more attrition than navy seal school. Most people cannot weather the massive amounts of rejection and ego death. Most people cannot overcome AA. But the few that do... the dam few... they are now officially in the numbers game. They are now "players" in the game ( where do you think the word player came from ). 99% of men aren't even in the game. Being able to play the numbers game FOR REAL ( no AA, massive amounts of opens, no fucks given if rejected ) is incredibly liberating and gives you a sense of ease. You just KNOW if you get the fuck out there and approach for 2 or 3 days, you'll bang a 7 or 8. Sometimes a 9 or 10 will pop in there if you are high SMV. Any dude who says that isn't a good deal is either very lazy or a retard.

ps: the numbers that guy quotes are not accurate in the least. if you're in a good gaming location you can open 10-20 people per hour, and get a lay every 100-200 opens. This is for a decent looking dude who has average SMV and game. The amount of hours needed to gain entry into a social circle and then fuck the women present in it ( if there are any in the first place ) is probably higher than cold approaching on your own in a target rich environment.
