There is a serious decline in good male role models in western society today. I have had the fortune of crossing paths and spending time with some very wise men over the years. I propose a program where beginners to the game can be paired with an experienced man as a sort of penpal, skype, or even real life mentor.

what do you guys think of this proposal ?
