From some time now I'm trying to "swallow" the red pill, and let me be honest it's not the easiest thing for me.
I'm 28 years old man, and years ago I used to get women pretty easily before all this social media attention they get nowadays made the hypergamy really reveal itself since they have so much choice they don't have to work for anything anymore.
It's not like in the past when a woman "tried" to be a better one. Now they are just "being" themselves and even though they don't offer nothing much they still behave like they are keeping the world by the balls (and maybe they are right).
The thing is for more than an year I'm alone, no girlfriend no nothing. I devoted my time to increase my value, I actually got my own place, nice car, above average income, normal body and so on.
My mindset is my problem. Since I haven't been getting laid regulary I started seeing sex more as a form of validation, and also I started looking for "companionship" in women. I know those two things make the matter even worse.
How can I learn to be alone, because women feel I don't want to and it comes off as needy. Any advice I will appreciate. Just it's becoming difficult for me from time to time to accept that I'm alone and that even if I wasn't, I'm just one Tinder "match" or Instagram message from being alone again.
