For a good couple of years I have been feeling lethargic and depressed. I put it down to an auto immune condition I was diagnosed with in my early twenties called Ankolysing spondylitis. I haven't had flare ups or anything serious for a few years now, but still felt beaten down.

I always thought it was due to this, even asked the dr every time I go for a check up.

So I read about low testosterone and was a little worried about it, many symptoms match how I feel. I thought I will ask the dr to check for it on my next check up.

Fast forward to this past weekend. I had a busy week at work so felt tired. Too tired to work out. Couldn't even watch sport on tv, I just kept on falling asleep. I slept close to the whole weekend.

WTF! First thing monday morning I went to the path lab and let them do the Total and free testosterone tests.

Turns out my Total T is way below the minimum, even compensating for age (44) and the Free T is a notch above the minimum.

So before I troop into the dr's rooms, any advice regarding treatments? I have just started reading up on it and must still wrap my head around all of it.Have any of you guys had this and if so, what were the changes you experienced after treatment.
