I’ve been circumsized for a few years now and I noticed after a while the head of my penis looks ‘unhealthy’ clean but not as smooth and fresh as it once was, obviously because it’s hard to protect it against repetitively rubbing the inside of my boxers which overtime has diminished the nerve ending and has made it very dry. Which has also caused me to lose pleasure during intercourse in that specific area prolonging the time it takes me to cum (Can be seen as a good thing depending on your point of view) Although yes I could get clothes ‘underswear’ that is more practical suited towards the comfortability in that surrounding area. This will not resolve the dry and irritated head of my penis that looks a bit sore to be honest.

Because they’re useless and only prescribed me anti-fungal infection cream which doesn’t have anything to do with the soreness and I have lost all faith in their capabilities.

“Surely they would of given you some information about aftercare right after the procedure?”

Infact they did but it was only a guide on how to look after it healing properly.

So what I’m really asking is have any of you here been circumsized and if so how have you kept the head of your penis looking shiny and healthy?

I thought this would be a fairly common problem but I have struggled in my quest for a answer. I’m not self-conscious about it at all and none of the girls i’ve slept with have mentioned it/ had a problem with it. For the sake of myself I would like it to look nice and healthy.
