Since as far back as I can remember, I have this very irritating thing; I always smile/grin when I'm even a little bit uncomfortable/excited. I can't control it, only by forcibly "pulling down" my face (which looks stupid af).

This makes it very difficult to maintain a poker face in various situations where it's needed.

Does anyone have/had something similar? Just an over-reaction to stimuli in general I guess
