What are your thoughts on remaining Facebook friends after a plate has moved on to be with a dude who wanted a relationship?

Things between us ended about 4 months ago and she recently hit me up but kept it short with no questions about much (I did the same and kept at same or longer response time).

When she told me she's going to him I deleted number and removed her from Snapchat but didn't think about Facebook.

Does it really matter? Lol I was her alpha for about 4 months before she wanted more.
