Honestly, you should strive for natural flirting instead of canned flirting you got from a thread online. But I'll try to help you where I can.

No flirting beats physical flirting - If within the first 30 minutes you've positioned yourself closer to them, touched their arm with the back of your hand as you lean in to say something to them, comment on how "tiny their hands are" and put your massive hand up against theirs, or even high-five them in the moment of something epic. Note that this needs to push to a kiss within the first hour or so if able.
Tease the ever-living shit out of them - You should be constantly finding ways to tease girls. Whether it be from their appearance, the way they pronounce something, if they stumble or do something clumsy, if they say something really stupid without realizing it, etc. "Wow.. just wow. Never again.." "I can't take you anywhere" "This is why you can't have nice things.." Mimicing her with a high pitched voice "I'm [Insert name], I'm super smart (or whatever the fuck she just said)" You know how your homies constantly fuck with each other and say fuck you and whatever else but never really mean it? Do that, but with charm.
Focus on your body language - Talk deep and slow. Look at them straight in the eyes and be thinking "I'm gonna rip your clothes off, bend you over, and ravage the shit out of you later tonight.." Actually picture yourself doing it and watch what happens to your actions as they end up being conducive to that goal.

I could probably write a long post on this. But start with these 3 first and practice everywhere you go. I practice on people/girls I'm not even interested in.
