Hey guys,

So I recently started a new job. Previously I was self employed so it's my first time as an employee in a company. It's also in a new city/country so I don't have a social circle here.

I think I've been acting shy/introvert lately, mostly because I was a bit intimated by all those changes in the environment. I want to be more assertive and change the current frame I'm in.

Do you have any book on how to be more assertive? Or how to exert more dominance in the workplace?

Also, maybe it's related, but I'd like to know more SALES and how to get into this "sales spirit" more.I'm an engineer so I tend to see everything with logic, but I realize in the real world it's all about how you sell yourself.
