I've been reading "the art of seduction" and currently finished the rake chapter but I don't understand it. It says that the rake is good with his words and doesn't care what others think of him. That "the rake" is polite when in public but the complete opposite when in public. I don't understand the "good with words" part. Is it compliments? Is it talking sexually? And how do you do it?
