Everyone goes through different phases on their RP journey. Some of those phases can overlap. Sometimes you can think a phase is over and it comes back.

My journey first began years ago with the PUA fake alpha phase. It worked, I realized I had been lied to, I improved myself, practiced approach, got laid, and eventually found a great girlfriend.

Due to not being truly alpha I lost the girl and am now working to reach my personal goals. I thought I was out of the anger phase, but last weekend proved other wise.

The phase that I am currently in is one of almost complete acceptance of how things are, but I feel compelled to talk about it. I want my friends to see the truth. I want women to admit RP truths (retarded I know). I am calling this my learning to STFU phase.

Has anyone else gone through this phase?

Are there any other phases that may or may not come after this?
