What I keep reading on this sub and what I’m finding ridiculous is the amount of pressure, guys are putting on themselves !! (Oh I’ve done this or I’ve said that! was that ok, what should I do now, etc)

You may or may not agree with me here... But being Alpha to me, is, doing WHATEVER THE F**K !YOU! WANT TO DO and owning it like a boss !! (With exceptions, obviously!)

Some little ‘alpha’ questions why you are doing something and says you’re beta, tell them well done man you’re the king of the jungle and send them on their way!

Just relax! Be you! Read the side bar! Lift and train properly! (I do high intensity training and it works wonders for physical and mental health) Have fun with life when it comes to dating, friendships, travel, work, etc! Stop stressing over what is Alpha and what is Beta, own what you do and be confident and a boss in it!

And here is a quick little advice to questions/scenarios I am constantly seeing...

There is nothing wrong with being friends with a girl (if you can stomach that shit and not end up worshipping them)

-use the friendship to your advantage! Having a female who friend zoned your ass with you, gets you into clubs easier, so you can now hunt and work on your game with others! Having a female who friend zoned your ass with you, gets you opportunities with her female friends and other females she will meet (If she has spoken to them in private that you’re a little bitch puppy dog friend, you can easily turn that around upon first meeting by being confident and dominant and right to the point with said friends! Learn from your prior mistakes when it comes to game goals)

Now she might throw things at you like oh watch my purse whilst I go dance. Beta behaviour to do so? Maybe...

But If you’re fucking all her friends or girls she introduces you to - why do you care If you’ve flipped the switch and have told her “sure, why not coz we are friends!” - (sometimes that’s what friends gotta do (deal with it and remember it’s two ways! If you go dance or do something she better sure as hell watch your shit!)) If you slip a $20 bill out of it and buy yourself a round of shots ;P (she sure as well won’t ask you again!) (To me, those above ain’t Beta)

The problem lies when you’re sitting with your legs together, purse on your lap, guarding it like a gold fucking brick and watching her rub up against guys then run off with them to give a blowjob; meanwhile , you’ve just still been sitting in the same spot the entire night - not even socializing or trying to get a blowjob yourself!
